We were delighted to be offered the opportunity from Southampton Solent University Conference Centre to assist at the staff parties from 8th - 17th December 2016. We provided 7 events assistants spread over the dates to be a ringmaster of ceremonies and an assistant. Their tasks included:

- master of ceremonies

- greeting guests

- directing guests around the venue and to their tables

- ensuring the event keeps to time
